Dylan
Job Coach
Dylan is a fantastic job coach who requires very little direction and is exceptionally trustworthy. He is extremely dependable, working weekends and holidays without complaints. Dylan has built strong relationships of love and trust with his clients, including some of the most difficult individuals, which has allowed them to be remarkably successful and work nearly independently in competitive integrated employment (CIE). He works closely with family members and providers, all of whom report that he does an outstanding job and always keeps the clients' best interests in mind. In addition to his primary coaching responsibilities, Dylan goes above and beyond by actively supporting special events and assisting everyone with technology and IT issues without complaint.
